Travel Essentials to summer holiday in Italy

  • When you’re going to the beach, don’t forget your SPF protection. Choose one that is safe to the oceans.
  • Aloe vera gel will help your skin if you get burned or bitten by mosquitoes.
  • Bring with you citronella and lavender essential oils.
Citronella may help prevent mosquito bites (use in an oil burner), and Lavender can help you sleep better and calm bites if you got bitten.
