Breakfast smoothie bowl

Smoothie bowl is the perfect option for healthy breakfast.

It is a good source of fibre, proteinhealthy fats and carbohydrates that will help you to start your day full of energy.

Breakfast Smoothie bowl

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 chunks of frozen pineapple
  • ¼-½ cup plant-based milk (start with ¼ and add more if needed )
  • fresh fruits
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (fibre)
  • 1 tbsp porridge oats
  • Walnuts (or any other nuts)
  1. In a high-speed blender blend the banana, blueberries, pineapple and plant-based milk until completely smooth (you may need to stop it and scrape down the sides halfway through).

  2. Serve and top with the fresh fruits, oats and nuts.
