Smoothie bowl is the perfect option for healthy breakfast.
It is a good source of fibre, protein, healthy fats and carbohydrates that will help you to start your day full of energy.

Breakfast Smoothie bowl

- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 3 chunks of frozen pineapple
- ¼-½ cup plant-based milk (start with ¼ and add more if needed )
- fresh fruits
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds (fibre)
- 1 tbsp porridge oats
- Walnuts (or any other nuts)
In a high-speed blender blend the banana, blueberries, pineapple and plant-based milk until completely smooth (you may need to stop it and scrape down the sides halfway through).
Serve and top with the fresh fruits, oats and nuts.
