Apple Cider Vinegar and Probiotics are my two quick tips to improve low stomach acid and offer support in many digestive issues.
Your digestive system breaks down the foods you eat to the nutrients your body needs for all its activities. This process has a significant impact on your skin appearance.
- Your digestive health influenced by the foods you eat and the lifestyle you live.
- Many skin conditions affected by nutritional deficiencies.
START THE CHANGE WITH HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.
Sometimes you may feel that you are eating healthy but still suffer from many stomach and digestion problems.
“All disease begins in the gut.” – Hippocrates
BY TAKING STEPS TO IMPROVE YOUR DIGESTIVE HEALTH, YOU WILL IMPROVE YOUR OVERALL HEALTH AND SENSE OF WELLBEING.
Hydrochloric acid (HCl) is the gastric secretion that enables the body to break down proteins, activate necessary enzymes and hormones, and protect against bacterial overgrowth in the gut.
MANY PEOPLE SUFFER FROM SYMPTOMS OF POOR ACID STOMACH ACID
Hypochlorhydria (low stomach acid) is a common digestive problem.
Symptoms related to an imbalance in the stomach acid are acid reflux, heartburn, burping, gas, bloating, nausea, upset stomach, diarrhoea, iron deficiency, post-adolescent acne.
There is a simple test you can try at home to see if it helps you.
If you find that a fresh squeeze of lemon in a cup of water is relieving the symptoms, it can indicate that apple cider vinegar can help you as well.
About Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is the fermented juice from crushed apples. It contains pectin, vitamins, minerals, and acetic acid. While it is most commonly used as salad dressings, apple cider vinegar has been traditionally used for various therapeutic purposes.
The International Scientific Association for Probiotics and Prebiotics defines “probiotics” as “live microorganisms that, when administered in adequate amounts, confer a health benefit on the host”.
These microorganisms are naturally present in fermented foods, added to some other food products, and are available as dietary supplements.
How to know if apple cider vinegar can help you?
You can try it. Start with one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar diluted with 1/2 glass of water before each meal.
Suppose you feel better after trying just once this easy solution. In that case, you can continue and drink one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with water first thing in the morning.
Also, you can drink it two times more before lunch and dinner (when you suffer from many of those symptoms).
Do this until you feel that all your symptoms have eased.
My suggestion is to start the day with apple cider, eat a small breakfast, and then take probiotics.
There are so many kinds of probiotics. If you decide to buy one, you should consult with a nutritionist before, which one will be the best for you!
In another post, I will explain the different kinds of probiotics and how to choose.
This simple solution could help you to start and feel better.
IN CONCLUSION- WHAT EFFECT WILL THIS HAVE ON THE SKIN?
When our digestion works appropriately, nutrients absorb readily into the blood and supply your cells with the nutrients they need to keep your skin healthy.
A combination of probiotics and apple cider vinegar can help speed the treatment of many digestive problems and restore balance.
