Apple Cider Vinegar and Probiotics are my two tips to improve low stomach acid and offer support in many digestive issues.
Your digestive system breaks down the foods you eat to the nutrients your body needs for all its activities. This process has a significant impact on your skin appearance.
- Your digestive health is directly influenced by the foods you eat and the lifestyle you live.
- Many skin problems start directly from nutritional deficiencies.
START THE CHANGE WITH HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.
Sometimes you may feel that you are eating healthy but still suffer from many stomach and digestion problems.
In Naturopathy, we believe that all the problems start in the gut.
BY TAKING STEPS TO IMPROVE YOUR DIGESTIVE HEALTH, YOU WILL IMPROVE YOUR OVERALL HEALTH AND SENSE OF WELLBEING.
Hydrochloric acid (HCl) is an important gastric secretion that enables the body to break down proteins, activate important enzymes and hormones, and protect against bacterial overgrowth in the gut.
MANY PEOPLE SUFFER FROM SYMPTOMS OF POOR ACID STOMACH ACID
Hypochlorhydria (low stomach acid) is a common digestive problem.
If you’re having symptoms such as acid reflux, heartburn, burping, gas, bloating, nausea, upset stomach, diarrhoea, iron deficiency, post-adolescent acne.
Then it may be related to an imbalance in the stomach acid.
This can be caused by Hypochlorhydria, which is low stomach acid.
There is a simple test you can try at home to see if it helps you, if you find that a fresh squeeze of lemon in a cup of water is relieving the symptoms it can be an indication that apple cider vinegar can help you as well.
Drink 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar diluted with 1/2 glass of water before each meal.
If you feel better after trying just once this easy solution, you can then continue and drink first thing in the morning 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, with water.
Also, two times more before lunch and dinner (when you suffer from many of those symptoms).
Do this until you feel that all your symptoms have eased.
My suggestion is to start the day with the apple cider, eat a small breakfast, and then take probiotics.
There are so many kinds of probiotics (found naturally in fermented foods), so if you decide to buy one, you should consult with a nutritionist before, which one is the best for you!
In another post, I will explain the different kinds of probiotics and know what to choose.
This simple solution could help you to start and feel better.
IN CONCLUSION- WHAT EFFECT WILL THIS HAVE ON THE SKIN?
When our digestion works properly, nutrients absorb easily into the blood and supply your cells with the nutrients they need to keep your skin healthy.
A combination of probiotics and apple cider vinegar can help speed the treatment of many digestive problems and restore the balance.
