HEALTHY START FOR THE DAY
The way that we start our morning will reflect on all our day:)
As written in the book that is called “the secret” (everyone knows this book),
the main idea of this book is that like attracts a like.
If you will start your day positively and healthily it will attract more good vibes to all your day!
On this post I want to share with you how I start my day healthily-> and what keeps me happy 🙂
First thing is my morning shower, this is definitely the best way to start the day with a good facial cleanse with a good soap, without any parabens or mineral oil in my soap,
I will always prefer products that are plant-based and with natural ingredients.
After that my face is clean I apply my DIY facial serum
I’m using it with extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil with
vitamin E (d alpha tocopherol)
This all-natural serum will help you
to improve your skin appearance,
because of the qualities of those two ingredients:
I am mixing a pea size of coconut oil with
one drop of vitamin E
and apply it to my clean face as a natural serum
(before the moisturizer and makeup).
Then it’s time for healthy breakfast
Here are my ultimate morning choices
YOGURT WITH FRUITS, CHIA SEEDS AND ALMONDS.
PORRIDGE- OATMEAL WITH FRUITS, CHIA SEEDS AND ALMONDS, PUMPKIN SEEDS, GOJI BERRIES.
TOAST WITH HOMEMADE PESTO / AVOCADO + EGGS.
TOAST WITH BEAN PATE, DRIED TOMATOES AND ROSEMARY DRIED LEAVES.
