It’s all about setting the right intention and energy for the day ahead.

Today, I thought of sharing my morning routine with you all, which I believe is the key to a healthy and happy day ahead 🙂

Chemical-Free Shower and DIY Facial Serum

My day starts with a refreshing shower, which is an absolute must for me to feel energized and ready to take on the day. To keep it natural and chemical-free, I use a soap made with natural ingredients, free from parabens and mineral oils. I always go for plant-based products, as they are not only good for our skin but also for the environment. This is my little way of starting my day positively and healthily.

Once my face is all clean and fresh, I move on to applying my very own DIY facial serum. I make this serum using extra virgin cold-pressed coconut oil and vitamin E (d alpha-tocopherol). This all-natural serum has worked wonders for me in terms of improving my skin’s appearance.

To make it, I mix a pea-sized amount of coconut oil with a single drop of vitamin E and gently apply it to my clean face as a natural serum before putting on any moisturizer or makeup.
