To do this, reCAPTCHA analyses the website visitor’s behaviour based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates different information (e.g. IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). 

The data collected during the analysis will be forwarded to Google. The reCAPTCHA analyses take place entirely in the background. Website visitors are not advised that such an analysis is taking place. Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. 4. Do You Share My Personal Data? 

4.1) Paz by Nature ltd may sometimes, to supply services to you, contract with the following third parties.

This is because those third parties may sometimes require access to some or all your personal data held by us for services such as payment processing, delivery or marketing(Emails and Newsletters).

 

  • Web-shop payment process: Stripe, UK (we do not store any debit or credit card details)
  • Emails and Newsletter Subscriber management: MailChimp The Rocket Science Group, USA

 

We will always make sure and take all the necessary steps to ensure that your personal data is handled safely and in accordance with your rights.

4.2) Also, we will take all necessary steps to ensure that your personal data is handled in accordance with our and the third party’s obligations under the law.

In the event that your personal data is transferred outside of the EEA, we will take all necessary steps to ensure that your personal data is handled in accordance with the UK safety standards and under the GDPR law.

4.3) If we transfer your data to a third party based in the US, that third party is required to provide data protection to standards similar levels of data protection to those in Europe. More information is available from the European Commission.

4.4) Please be aware that there may be some limited circumstances where we may be legally required to share certain personal data.

5. How Long We Keep your Personal Data?

Below you can see the periods or factors for how long and why we keep your personal data.

Paz by Nature ltd will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary, considering the reason(s) for which it was initially collected. 

5.1) All paper records relating to your financial transactions will be securely destroyed after 6 years. Your entire order history will be stored in our company accounts software. If you wish to close your account, please be aware that this action will not delete your financial records automatically. However, we will not use your data again unless it is necessary for contractual reasons or legally required of us. 

5.2) Web-shop order registration and customer information data are automatically stored in our UK data centre, and it is retained for 7 years to enable us to comply fully with UK finance regulations. If you wish to close your Member account, please be aware that your personal data will be retained for 3 years to enable us to observe due diligence on products we have sent to you. Webshop Credit and Debit card details are handled by Stripe, so we do not store those details.

5.3)Information provided by you directly communicating with Paz by Nature (email, post, telephone): Your information will be retained in Paz by Nature’s internal systems for purposes of customer management. The information will be kept until either party decides to dissolve the working relationship. If the working relationship ends, we will stop contacting you and create an archive of our communications. Your archive will be retained for 7 years in order to ensure due diligence under financial, legal and/or safety obligations.

5.4) Newsletters and Email-subscriptions: Your subscription will stay active until you choose to terminate it, using the details you provided when you opted in. You can change your details or opt-out (terminate your subscription) by clicking the link at the bottom of all the emails we send to you (Un-Subscribe) in emails we send or by emailing [email protected] 

6. How do we use your Personal Data?

GDPR says that we always must have a lawful foundation for the use of your personal data. 

Personal Data it is in our legitimate business interest to use it because you agreed and gave your consent to us for the use of your personal data or because it is necessary for a business contract between us.
