3.1 Your email address, name, IP, browser, nationality and language, postal address, gender, age or date of birth, telephone number, payment information, information about your lifestyle and weight and information about your preferences and interests.

PAZ BY NATURE also uses “Google reCAPTCHA”.

This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data entered on our website (such as on a contact form) has been entered by a human or by an automated program. 

To do this, reCAPTCHA analyses the website visitor’s behaviour based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates different information (e.g. IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). 

The data collected during the analysis will be forwarded to Google. The reCAPTCHA analyses take place entirely in the background. Website visitors are not advised that such an analysis is taking place. Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its site from abusive automated crawling and spam.

In the event that your personal data is transferred outside of the EEA, we will take all necessary steps to ensure that your personal data is handled in accordance with the UK safety standards and under the GDPR law.

5. How Long We Keep Your Personal Data?

Below you can see the periods or factors for how long and why we keep your personal data.

Paz by Nature Ltd will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary, considering the reason(s) for which it was initially collected. 

5.1) All paper records relating to your financial transactions will be securely destroyed after 6 years. Your entire order history will be stored in our company accounts software. If you wish to close your account, please be aware that this action will not delete your financial records automatically. However, we will not use your data again unless it is necessary for contractual reasons or legally required of us. 

5.2) Web-shop order registration and customer information data are automatically stored in our UK data centre, and it is retained for 7 years to enable us to comply fully with UK finance regulations. If you wish to close your Member account, please be aware that your personal data will be retained for 3 years to enable us to observe due diligence on products we have sent to you. Webshop Credit and Debit card details are handled by Stripe, so we do not store those details.

5.3)Information provided by you directly communicating with Paz by Nature (email, post, telephone): Your information will be retained in Paz by Nature’s internal systems for purposes of customer management. The information will be kept until either party decides to dissolve the working relationship. If the working relationship ends, we will stop contacting you and create an archive of our communications. Your archive will be retained for 7 years in order to ensure due diligence under financial, legal and/or safety obligations.

5.4) Newsletters and Email-subscriptions: Your subscription will stay active until you choose to terminate it, using the details you provided when you opted in. You can change your details or opt out (terminate your subscription) by clicking the link at the bottom of all the emails we send to you (Un-Subscribe) in emails we send or by emailing pazbynature@gmail.com. 

6. How do we use your Personal Data?

GDPR says that we must always have a lawful foundation for the use of our personal data. 

Personal Data It is in our legitimate business interest to use it because you agreed and gave your consent to us for the use of your personal data or because it is necessary for a business contract between us.

6.1) We will use your personal data for the following:

  • Enter into a contract with you for supplying our products and services to you and conduct business with you.
  • Fulfil, process and contact you when placing an order with us. 
  •  Improving your experience with us (e.g. personalising and tailoring our products and services for you).
  • Contact you and answer your emails/calls to us.

7.2 Following a link to Pazbynature.com from another website

If you come to Pazbynature.com from another website, we may receive information from the other website. We don’t use this data. You should read the privacy policy of the website you came from to find out more about this.

Our services are not designed for or intentionally targeted at children 13 years of age or younger. We do not intentionally collect or maintain data about anyone under the age of 13.

We are committed to doing all that we can to keep your data secure. We have set up systems and processes to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of your data – for example, we protect your data using varying levels of encryption.

We also ensure that any third parties we deal with keep all personal data they process on our behalf secure.

We may change this privacy policy. 

In that case, the ‘last updated date at the bottom of this page will also change. Any changes to this privacy policy will immediately apply to you and your data.
