Epsom salt, also known as magnesium sulfate, is a versatile and rejuvenating addition to your bathtime routine. Known for its soothing properties, Epsom salt has been used for centuries to relax tired muscles, relieve tension, and promote overall well-being.
For relaxation and general well-being: add 100g-250g to a warm bath and soak for approximately 20 minutes.
After exercise: add 500g-1000g to a warm bath and relax.
For a footbath: add 100g-250g to a footbath or bowl and soak feet for 20 minutes, then rinse.
