Red Berries Smoothie with Rose hips

Rose hips are the accessory fruit of the rose plant.

Rosehips are a very popular ingredient in the skin-care industry, mostly used as rosehip oil, for skin healing effects -the oil helps to reduce scars damage and considered as an anti-ageing oil.

the rose hips are rich in:

  • Vitamin C
  • Flavonoids– naturally occurring plant pigments, flavonoids are one of the reasons fruits and vegetables are so good for you

Red Berries Smoothie with Rosehips

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • ½ cup vegan milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp rose hips
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and drink imminently
