Roasted Peppers Quiche

This is my healthy version of a Roasted Peppers Quiche

Vegetarian/ contains dairy, gluten, eggs.

Makes 2 Servings / Prep time 1hr (includes baking)

This Delicious recipe is perfect for restoring the energies of a busy winter week,

It is abundant in antioxidants which rejuvenates the skin cells.

This meal is rich in fibres, proteins, calcium, magnesium, B and C vitamins.

Red Peppers are a good source of Vitamins B6 and C.

Free-range eggs are a rich source of good quality proteins! Vitamins A, D and B.

Wholegrain Flour is rich in fibres, B and E vitamins, folate and potassium.

 

Roasted Peppers Quiche

Serve with a fresh salad as a side!
