By setting your daily intention through morning meditation, you can cultivate mindfulness and move towards achieving your goals.

Sometimes, life can seem overwhelming, and we may feel like achieving certain goals seems impossible. Whether it is a health goal, career, relationship, personal development, or any other change that you desire, you should not neglect these ideas. Instead, start thinking about those goals.

Reflect on why it is important to you and why you would like to make this change. Then, use your imagination to help you achieve the change. Start by imagining how you will go through the change.

Ideas, inspiration, and desires in life do not just appear out of nowhere. They are a symbol of your higher self, pointing to the path you should take to have more joy in life.

Set Up Your Intention – Meditation

A simple and easy meditation to help you set your goals and find clarity in your path towards joy, happiness, excitement, and inspiration. In the morning, upon awakening, take five minutes to practice the following meditation:

Begin by closing your eyes and taking a deep breath. As you exhale, let go of any tension or worries that you may be holding onto.

Now, imagine your life, starting from the youngest age that you can remember up to your current age. Try to recall as many details as possible. Think about your experiences, accomplishments, and challenges.

Continue looking through your life until the present moment. Acknowledge how far you have come and the person you have become.

And then, start imagining the future. Visualize how you would like your life to be from today forward. See yourself achieving your goals and living the life you desire.

Take a moment to reflect on why this future is important to you and how it will bring more joy, happiness, excitement, and inspiration to your life.

As you finish your meditation, take a deep breath and slowly open your eyes. Remember, this simple meditation can help you set your goals and see more clearly the path to choose. Take this newfound clarity and use it to create the life you desire.
