  3. In a large bowl, mix together the wholemeal spelt flour, salt, and soaked flax seeds.
  4. Add the hot water and olive oil, then shape the mixture into a ball.
  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough as thin as possible and transfer it to a baking sheet.
  6. Use a pizza cutter to score the dough and sprinkle it with poppy seeds.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden and crisp.
